By entering this giveaway (the “Giveaway”), you agree to be bound by these Official Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) and by the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Giveaway.

1. Sponsor and Administrator
This Giveaway is sponsored by Granum and Creekside Outdoor Living located at 384 E 111th Ct, Crown Point, IN 46307, United States (“Host”), in collaboration with Granum, located at 180 Enterprise Blvd, Unit K-204, Markham, Ontario, L6G 0E6, Canada. (“Granum,” and together with the Host, the “Sponsors”).

The Giveaway is administered by the Sponsors. Questions about the Giveaway may be directed to [email protected].

2. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open only to individuals who, as of the date of entry:
-Are owners, operators, or current employees of a landscaping, lawn care, or green-industry business operating in the United States;
-Are legal residents of the United States and Canada (excluding Quebec, any U.S. state, territory, or jurisdiction where the Giveaway is prohibited or restricted by law);
-Are eighteen (18) years of age or older (or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is greater); 
-In Canada, giveaway and contest entrants must have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence in order to enter legally;
-Have a valid, public social media account used to enter.

Proof of green-industry affiliation (such as a business name, website, business license, or other reasonable documentation) may be required before a prize is awarded. The Sponsors reserve the right to verify eligibility and to disqualify any entrant who cannot provide satisfactory proof.

The following individuals are not eligible to enter or win: employees, officers, directors, members, and agents of either Sponsor; their respective parent companies, affiliates, and subsidiaries; and the immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses) and household members of any of the foregoing.

3. Agreement to the Terms
Participation in the Giveaway constitutes the entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Terms. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set out in these Terms.

4. Giveaway Period
The Giveaway begins at 12:00 PM ET on June 25, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM ET on June  28, 2026 (the “Giveaway Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Giveaway Period will not be eligible. The Sponsors’ clock is the official timekeeping device for the Giveaway.

5. How to Enter
To enter during the Giveaway Period, an eligible entrant must complete the following on the Giveaway post:
-Follow both @creeksideoutdoorliving and @go_granum on instagram hosting the Giveaway;
-Like the official Giveaway post; and
-Comment on the post tagging another landscaping professional.

Entries: Each separate comment tagging a unique, real landscaping professional counts as one (1) entry. Entrants may submit multiple entries by posting additional qualifying comments, each tagging a different individual.

Bonus entry: Sharing the official Giveaway post to the entrant’s public Story and tagging both Sponsor accounts earns one (1) additional entry.

Tagging fake, duplicate, or non-existent accounts, or using bots, scripts, or automated methods to enter, will void all of the entrant’s entries. All entries must be made by the entrant personally. Entries that are incomplete, that do not adhere to these Terms, or that are not received during the Giveaway Period are void.

6. Prize
Two (2) prizes will be awarded. Each prize consists of one (1) pair of tickets (two tickets) to the NASCAR race at Chicagoland Speedway (each, a “Prize”).

Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $2,500 per pair; total ARV of all prizes: $5,000. The ARV represents the Sponsors’ good-faith estimate; the actual value may vary, and any difference between the stated and actual value will not be awarded.

Each Prize consists of event admission tickets only. The Prize does not include transportation, travel, lodging, meals, parking, merchandise, gratuities, or any other expense not expressly stated. All costs and expenses not specifically listed as part of the Prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

The Prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative or substitution will be offered, except that the Sponsors reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised Prize becomes unavailable for any reason. The Prize is subject to any additional terms, conditions, and restrictions imposed by the event organizer or venue.

7. Odds of Winning
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.

8. Winner Selection and Notification
Two (2) potential winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries on June 29, 2026. The drawing will be conducted by the Sponsors or their designated representative, whose decisions are final and binding.

Potential winners will be notified via direct message on the platform used to enter. Each potential winner must respond to the notification and provide any requested eligibility verification and prize-fulfillment information within twenty-four (24) hours of the notification being sent.

If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the required time, declines the Prize, is found to be ineligible, or fails to comply with these Terms, the Prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries, time permitting.

9. Conditions of Prize Acceptance
As a condition of receiving a Prize, a winner may be required to complete, sign, and return an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release, and (where lawful) a publicity release within the time specified by the Sponsors. Failure to return required documents within the stated time may result in forfeiture of the Prize.

10. Taxes
All federal, state, and local taxes and any other costs and fees associated with the receipt or use of a Prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Where required by law, the Sponsors may report the value of a Prize to tax authorities and may require a winner to provide a completed IRS Form W-9 or equivalent before the Prize is awarded.

11. Publicity Release
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a Prize constitutes each winner’s consent for the Sponsors and their designees to use the winner’s name, social media handle, likeness, photograph, voice, statements, and city/state of residence for advertising, promotional, and publicity purposes in any media, worldwide, without further notice, review, approval, or compensation.

12. General Conditions
The Sponsors reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Giveaway, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond the Sponsors’ reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway, as determined by the Sponsors.

The Sponsors reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Giveaway, acting in violation of these Terms, or acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaway may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and the Sponsors reserve the right to seek damages and other remedies to the fullest extent permitted by law.

13. Release and Limitation of Liability
By entering, each entrant agrees to release, discharge, and hold harmless the Sponsors, the event organizer and venue, and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any and all claims, liabilities, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any Prize.

The Released Parties are not responsible for: (a) lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, or unintelligible entries; (b) technical or network malfunctions of any kind; (c) errors in the administration of the Giveaway or the processing of entries; or (d) injury or damage to any person or property related to participation in the Giveaway or the receipt or use of a Prize.

14. Disputes and Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Each entrant agrees that any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Giveaway shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, in the state or federal courts located in Indiana, and each entrant consents to the jurisdiction of those courts.

15. Privacy
Information collected from entrants is subject to the Sponsors’ respective privacy policies and will be used only in connection with the administration of this Giveaway unless the entrant otherwise consents. By entering, entrants agree to the collection and use of their information for these purposes.

16. Platform Disclaimer
This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, Meta Platforms, Inc., or any other social media platform, or with the event organizer or any racing sanctioning body. Entrants understand they are providing their information to the Sponsors and not to any such platform. Each entrant releases the social media platforms from any and all liability related to the Giveaway.

17. Winners List
To request the names of the winners, send a request to [email protected] within thirty (30) days after the winner-announcement date.

18. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
