Granum Certified Consultant Community

Why Work with a Certified Consultant

Great software goes further with the right partner.

If you’re a landscape business using LMN, Greenius, or SingleOps, you already have powerful tools. Granum Certified Consultants help you turn those tools into real operational change. They help you:

  • Implement systems faster
  • Improve profitability
  • Train teams
  • Build leadership
  • Scale operations

How to Choose a Consultant

  • Review their experience in the landscape industry
  • See which tools they specialize in (LMN, Greenius, SingleOps)
  • Understand the services they offer (implementation, training, coaching, process design, etc.)
  • Check any niches or specialties (maintenance, design-build, snow, multi-branch, etc.)

As a Granum customer, you are responsible for reviewing each consultant’s profile, doing your own due diligence, and contacting them directly to discuss scope, pricing, and fit.

The community makes it easier to discover strong options — but the final choice of consultant, engagement terms, and project details is always between you and the consultant.

The Benefits of Working with a Consultant

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the Granum Certified Consultant Community?

The Granum Certified Consultant Community is a group of independent experts who help landscape businesses implement and optimize LMN, Greenius, and SingleOps. They are not employees of Granum; they are vetted partners who specialize in turning the software into day-to-day systems in your business.

How is a Granum Certified Consultant different from Granum Support?

Granum Support helps you with questions about features, troubleshooting, and “how do I do this in the product?”

Certified Consultants work with you on projects: implementation, process design, training, leadership habits, and change management across your whole business.

How are consultants vetted or certified?

Consultants go through a Granum certification process that includes product training, methodology alignment, and a review of their landscape-industry experience. Certification means they meet our standards for knowledge and professionalism, but they remain independent businesses.

How do I choose the right consultant for my business?

Use each consultant’s listing to review their offerings, including:

  • Their background in the landscape industry
  • Which tools they specialize in (LMN, Greenius, SingleOps)
  • The services they offer (implementation, training, coaching, process design, etc.)
  • Any specialties (maintenance, design-build, snow, multi-branch, etc.)

From there, we recommend speaking with 2–3 consultants to compare fit and approach before you decide.

Does Granum set the pricing or terms for consultants?

No. Pricing, scope, and terms are set directly between you and the consultant. Granum does not participate in your contract and does not take a percentage of their fees.

Does Granum guarantee the work of Certified Consultants?

We stand behind our certification standards, but we do not guarantee project outcomes or individual engagements. You are responsible for doing your own due diligence, checking references, and making sure a consultant is the right fit for your team and goals.

Can consultants access my LMN / Greenius / SingleOps account?

Yes, if you choose to grant access. Most consultants will need some level of access to configure settings, review data, and train your team. You control permissions and can remove access at any time.

Do consultants work remotely, on-site, or both?

Many consultants work remotely via video and screen share, and some also offer on-site visits depending on location and scope. Their profile will typically indicate what they offer; confirm details directly with the consultant.

What types of projects can a Granum Certified Consultant help with?

Common examples include:

  • New LMN/Greenius/SingleOps implementations
  • Clean-up and optimization of an existing account
  • Building budgets, job costing, and reporting
  • Crew and leadership training programs
  • Standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process design
  • Preparing systems for growth (new branches, services, or acquisitions)

I’m already working with a coach/consultant. Can they join the community?

Yes. If you’re already working with someone who knows your business and the software, they may be a good candidate. You can share this program with them and invite them to apply to become a Granum Certified Consultant.
