Build Profit That Survives All 12 Months

Every contract on your book is either building your profit or draining it. No slow month is coming to fix that for you.

The contract that’s making you money and the one quietly bleeding you dry can look exactly the same on paper. We’ll show you how to tell them apart.

Brian Fullerton, of Brian’s Lawn Maintenance, and Tyler Reiter, of Florida Image Landscaping, walk through how to cost and price recurring landscape and palm tree care maintenance so it drives profit all year, not just during the busy season.

Where the profit leaks before you ever notice

Recurring contracts don’t hand you a signal when they start losing money. The invoice still goes out, the crew still shows up, and the numbers can look the same whether that job’s profitable or bleeding you dry.

In sixty minutes, we’ll walk through how to cost recurring work (labor, materials, overhead, seasonality) so you can see what’s actually happening, then price it so you are profitable all year.

Your backlog is only as valuable as what’s inside it

Recurring work keeps your backlog full. But it’s only as valuable as the contracts inside it. Tyler walks through what actually decides whether a contract holds profit, where the leaks tend to hide, and the one question that tells you which job is losing money fastest.

Once you can see it, pricing gets easier, hiring gets easier, and growth stops being a guess. You’ll learn:

✓ Whether a maintenance or service contract makes money year-round comes down to the numbers: labor, materials, overhead

✓ How to price recurring work differently than a one-off project

✓ Where profit typically hides or leaks inside a contract you’re already running

✓ The one question that reveals which job is losing money fastest

✓ A real contract from Tyler’s operation that looked solid and wasn’t, and what he changed
